Authorities are investigating a one vehicle crash in Douglas County that sent a Watertown motorist to the hospital.
23-year-old William Richard Malz was westbound on I-94 in Orange Township in his Ford Fusion. Malz was entering the Highway 29 exit ramp when he lost control of the vehicle and went into the ditch.
Malz received non-life threatening injuries, and was taken to the Alexandria Hospital. Roads were reported as dry at the time of the crash, and no alcohol was involved.
The State Patrol was assisted by Osakis First Responders and Fire Department, as well as North Memorial Ambulance.
