Local Fire Departments were among agencies called to a Tuesday morning traffic crash in neighboring Meeker County.
The Minnesota State Patrol reports that around 10:20 Tuesday morning, a Chevy Silverado pickup was eastbound on Meeker County Road 27, and was attempting to enter State Highway 15.
Officials say at the same time, a Toyota Highlander SUV was southbound on Highway 15, while a Ford Explorer SUV was northbound on Highway 15, and all three vehicles collided.
The driver of the Toyota SUV was the only person involved with injuries that had to be transported to the hospital. 72-year-old Susan Drury of Milaca was treated at the Hutchinson Hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
The driver of the Ford SUV, 27-year-old Calvin Bentz of Roseville had minor injuries in the crash. The driver of the Chevrolet pickup, 42-year-old Matthew Ollendick, and two passengers in the truck, 42-year-old Reena Ollendick, and 13-year-old Mya Ollendick, all from Benson, all sustained minor injuries that did not require hospital treatment.
The Meeker County Sheriff’s Office, the Dassel and Cokato Fire Departments, and Mayo Ambulance assisted the State Patrol.
