Delano 8, Southwest Christian 6. The Tigers won despite the Stars Trvoli Kennedy hitting two home runs and driving in five.

Edina 12, Buffalo 2. The Hornets scored eight in the second inning and breezed from there for a Lake Conference victory. Hayden Johnson homered for the Bison.

Howard Lake WW took two close games from Dassel-Cokato, 3-2 and 4-2 to earn the sweep.
Norwood Young America swept Annandale, 13-1, and 3-2.
Rockford 11, Albany 0. Will Haas threw six no hit innings, striking out 12, and also went 2-4 at the plate with a home run and three RBIs.
Monticello 12, Spring Lake Park 7. Brock Holthaus led the Magic on slot with two hits, including a triple with three RBIs.

STMA 10, Rogers 9. Piper Peterson was unstoppable with six goals and an assist for the Knights.

Monticello lost to Rogers 12-2, and Spring Lake Park, 9-6 on Saturday. Emma McLeod hit a two-run home run in the Rogers game for Monti, and Josi Ordorff had three hits, including a double and two RBIs in the park game.

Boys Golf.
Edina took home the Lake Tri Golf meet at Wild Marsh with a score of 294, while Eden Prairie finished tied with Buffalo for second with a 303, but that was not the big story. Buffalo’s Russ Ylitalo birdied the 18th hole to finish one stroke lower than defending state champ Torger Ohe to win the medalist for the day. Ylitalo finished with a three under 68, while Ohe finished with a two under 69.

Rockford 10, Watertown Mayer 0. Patrick Binobose struck out seven in four shutout innings for the Rockets.
Monticello 5, St. Francis 1. Gavin Gardner went six shutout innings on the mound in the Magic win.
Hutch 11, Delano 6. Brody Greisinger had a big day at the plate in the Tigers loss, hitting a double and a home run, while driving in three for Delano.

STMA 11, Buffalo 5. Taylon Seins went 2-3 with a solo home run, and a two-run double all in the first two innings as the Knights jumped out to an 8-0 lead after two innings and beat the Bison on the road on Wed night. Isaac Hill and Caleb Johnson each collected two hits for the Bison in the loss.

Big Lake 6, Monticello 5. Josi Ordorff collected three hits and knocked in three runs in the loss for the Magic.
STMA 8, Edina 7.
Minnetonka 18, Buffalo 2. The Skippers scored eleven first inning runs to blitz the Bison. Mia Haugen had the only Bison highlight with a two-run double.
Norwood Young America and Dassel-Cokato split a double header with the Raiders winning the first game 5-2, with the Chargers taking the night cap 11-4.
Baseball.
Rockford swept Glencoe Silver Lake 6-2, and 3-2. In the first game Will Haas went 2-3 at the plate for the Rockets with two RBI’s and a double, while Patrick Binabose struck out thirteen batters in five plus innings.
Monticello 5, Benilde St. Margeret’s 2. Carson Deibele went six plus to pick up the win on the mound for the Magic.
