Wright County Highway 5 Bridge in Middleville Township to Close Feb. 24 for Replacement Project

Later this month, a bridge in Middleville Township will close in preparation for a replacement project.

The Wright County Highway Department says beginning Monday, February 24th, the Wright County Highway 5 bridge over the North Fork Crow River will be closed to through traffic. Officials say the actual start date is weather dependent.

A detour will be posted, with motorists using CSAH 35 (or 35th Street Southwest), CSAH 4 (or 25th Street Southwest), and County Road 125 (or Division Street West).

The project is expected to be completed by the end of July of 2025.
