Wright County Historical Society’s 19th Annual Festival of Trees Opens

The Wright County Historical Society’s 19th Annual Festival of Trees opens today (Tuesday).

The annual event is a dazzling display of around 90 decorated Christmas trees with various themes of the individuals or sponsors.

This year’s overall theme is the “Ugly Christmas Sweater” party. There will also be other challenges including the wreath competition.

Admission is free to the event which is now drawing visitors in the thousands. Hours to view the display are 8:30 AM to 4 PM Tuesday and Wednesday, 8:30 to 6 PM Thursday, 8:30 to 4 PM Friday, and 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM on Saturday.

The Wright County Historical Society is located on North Highway 25 in Buffalo.
