A young man from Wright County was injured in a single-vehicle traffic crash over the weekend in Morrison County.
The State Patrol reports that just before 4 PM Saturday, a Ford pickup was eastbound on Highway 10 near Milepost 127 in Cushing Township. The truck reportedly encountered an icy patch on the roadway, went out of control, and ran into the right ditch, rolling over, and coming to rest on its roof.
The driver of the pickup, 21-year-old Connor Wipper of Clearwater, sustained non-life threatening injuries in the crash and was treated at St. Gabriel’s Hospital in Little Falls.
The Scandia Fire Department, Morrison County Sheriff’s Department, and Mayo Ambulance assisted the State Patrol at the scene.
