Wright County Parks & Recreation Seeking Public Input on Beebe Lake Improvement Project

Wright County residents are reminded that planning is underway for site improvements within Beebe Lake County Park.

Among the main elements being proposed are the replacement of the existing restroom building, improved accessibility to the restroom building, beach, and existing play area, and a nature-based play area.

Wright County Parks & Recreation is pursuing an Outdoor Recreation Grant through the Minnesota DNR to assist in funding the improvements.

Officials say input from residents on the proposed improvements is critical in ensuring that the park meets the needs of residents. Officials say after public input is received, those comments and suggestions will be integrated into the concept plans and construction documents.

Comments will be accepted until Friday, March 27. Click the link on this story on the KRWC webpage today to view information and to take the community survey.
