The Wright County Sheriff’s Office is continuing its investigation into a report of an incident of gunfire from one moving into another in Otsego in recent days.
Authorities say July 17th the Sheriff’s Office received a report that shots had been fired at a vehicle by a person in another vehicle as the cars traveled south on Highway 101 in Otsego around 10:20 PM that evening.
Deputies responded to the scene and collected evidence that the reporting party’s vehicle had been struck twice by gunfire. No one in the vehicle was struck, and no injuries were reported. The suspect vehicle was no longer at the scene when deputies arrived.
Officials say the suspect vehicle was a dark colored sedan with tinted windows. Anyone with information on the incident is asked to call Detective Rudolph with the Wright County Sheriff’s Office at (763) 682-7902.
