The first big community celebration of the summer gets underway today (Wednesday). Albertville’s Friendly City Days 2026 offers 5 big days of activities, with something for everyone.
Event highlights for today include the start of the citywide garage sales, the opening of the carnival with a wristband night, a pie-eating contest at 4:30 PM sponsored by the Albertville Royalty, women’s pampering night from 4:30 to 7 PM sponsored by the STMA Women of Today, the Brian Edwards Magic Show at 5 PM, and family bingo is planned from 5 to 7 PM.
Thursday, the craft beer night returns sponsored by the Albertville Fire Relief Association, along with live music from “Prairie Smoke Road.”
