Wright County celebrates the nation’s independence this week, and locally, two of the state’s biggest 4th of July celebrations continue.
In Annandale today, fun at the carnival, bingo hosted by the Boy Scouts, Annandale Baseball youth night, the KRWC Roadshow, Music in the Park with Cracklin Blue and CRB and Cake by the Lake hosted by the Annandale Ambassador Program are all a part of the Thursday activities.

Meanwhile in Delano, the 4-day celebration for 2026 will feature the fantastic carnival, Legion baseball throughout the day, the market in the park, a kiddie parade, a street art festival, bingo in the park, the daytime smoke firework show, and music from The Pork Tornadoes on main stage tent at 8:30 PM are highlights of the day.
Congratulations to the 2026-2027 Delano Royal Ambassadors crowned Wednesday evening. The new Ambassadors are Annalee Cummings, Priscilla Bjorklund and CJ Roeser. Congratulations also to new Little Miss Esther Lindstrom, and Little Miss Lyla Anderson.
