The annual 877 Scholarship Foundation’s 32nd Annual Scholarship Pork Chop Dinner is happening tonight (Thursday) in Buffalo.
The event is scheduled from 4:30 to 7 PM (Thursday, April 9th). Last year, due to construction at the Buffalo Community Middle School, the event was held for the first time at the Buffalo High School. Because of the success of last year’s event, and the easy movement of vehicle traffic at the larger Buffalo High School parking lot area, this year’s pork chop dinner will be back at the high school.
Meals include a pork chop, beans, applesauce, chips and dessert for 12 dollars, or 17 dollars for the two-pork chop meal. A kid’s hot dog meal will be available for 5 dollars. Dine-in, or curbside take-home is available.
New this year is the “Brat Box” with a brat, chips and a cookie for 10 dollars, available right at the sports fields during the several sports games that are scheduled that day.
Proceeds continue to help fund scholarships for Buffalo High School seniors.
