Today (Wednesday, July 1) is the deadline for nominations for Wright County Outstanding Senior Citizens of 2026.
One male and one female senior will be selected for the honor.
Organizers say the nomination should be for someone that volunteers within an organization or community, and goes above and beyond what is expected from them.
Due to the deadline, applications are best submitted online at; www.wrightcountyfair.org. Printed PDF applications may also be scanned and emailed to; Tgutknecht@wrightcountyfair.org.
The 2026 Wright County Outstanding Seniors will be recognized during the Senior Program on Senior Citizen Day at the Wright County Fair on Friday, July 24th at 1 PM on the Barnyard Stage.
