The developer that has proposed construction of a large data center in Monticello will host a community open house this evening (Tuesday).
Monticello Tech LLC will hold the event from 6 to 8 PM at River City Extreme.
Members of the community are invited to the privately arranged event, not organized by the City of Monticello.
Officials with the developer are expected to have a presentation regarding the proposed development, as well as answering questions from those in attendance. Smaller break-out sessions are expected to follow the Q and A session.
The open house is free and open to the public.
Monticello Tech proposes a multiple-building data center development on roughly 550 acres south of 85th Street Northeast and east of Highway 25 in Monticello.
