The final phase of the I-94 Gap Project is now underway.
The eastbound I-94 loop ramp at CSAH 18, or Fenning Avenue, in Monticello is closed for reconstruction, and is expected to remain closed until late-September.
Access to CSAH 18 will require traffic to exit at Highway 25 and utilize East 7th Street.
The current construction timeline has an expected completion in late-October. Traffic will remain two lanes in both directions on the westbound side of I-94 while crews rebuild the eastbound segment from CSAH 19 to Highway 25.
