A funeral Mass will be held today (Wednesday) for a longtime Otsego and Elk River area resident and noted community volunteer. Mary Ellen Greninger passed away July 30th at the age of 94.
Mary and her husband, Edward, raised their family in the Wright County area, where Mary shared her talents as a volunteer with 4-H, Caring and Sharing Hands, CCW officer, religion class teacher, and a volunteer with many other different activities with St. Albert’s Catholic Church in Albertville. She also was a founding member and former officer with the Albertville Golden Age Club.
The funeral Mass for Mary Ellen Greninger will be held today at the St. John the Baptist Church in Dayton.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the St. Albert’s Cemetery.
