Age 86 of Buffalo, passed away July 21st. Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st, 1 hour prior to the Mass at the church. Mass of Christian Burial for Jerry Sladek will be held Friday, August 1st at 11 AM at the St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Buffalo. A private inurnment will be held at the St. Francis Cemetery.
