A woman from our area was involved in a two-vehicle traffic crash Sunday in Mankato.
The Minnesota State Patrol says a passenger car and an SUV collided just before 1 PM on State Highway 22 and Adams Street in the City of Mankato.
Officials say the driver of the Pontiac sedan, 43-year-old Amy Gotschalk of Greenfield escaped injury in the crash, but a passenger in the vehicle, 69-year-old Barbara Lindsay of Mankato, sustained non-life threatening injuries and was treated at the Mayo Clinic Health System Hospital in Mankato.
The driver of the Buick Envision SUV involved in the crash, 32-year-old Kelsey Olson of Eagle Lake, Minnesota, was not injured.
The Mankato Police and Fire Departments, and Mayo Clinic Ambulance also responded to the crash scene.
