Minnesota’s housing inventory has climbed to a seven-year high, giving buyers more choices.
Minnesota Realtors President Wendy Uzelac says fresh listings are still coming onto the market…
“The good news for buyers is there’s still new inventory hitting the market even right now, and we’re anticipating it to even have some new offerings coming in yet for, say, lake properties yet this season, and really great new listings coming on into the beginning of fall.”
Uzelac says Minnesota’s summer-to-fall home selling season is far from over, with additional inventory expected in the coming weeks.
