“The benefit program gives participants up to $55 per month to spend through a third-party vendor on a selected set of benefits, including dental, vision, telehealth, teletherapy, life insurance, and a little bit more.”
Wahi says eligible participants must meet certain requirements…
“Participants must work in a qualifying early care and education program. They must work an average of at least 32 hours a week. They must have worked at least eight months a year, and they need to be 18 years of age or older.”
