A new study finds patients enrolled in the state’s medical cannabis program are reporting relief from several symptoms.
Minnesota Office of Cannabis Management Communications Director Josh Collins says the findings come from one of the largest studies of its kind…
“We found that patients with cancer who are enrolled in the medical cannabis program are finding noticeable improvement in their symptoms associated with cancer, particularly looking at nausea, vomiting, appetite loss, and even symptoms related to depression and anxiety.”
Collins says the findings are based on patients reporting their own experiences with medical cannabis. The study looked at more than 6,600 Minnesota cancer patients.
