One driver was injured in a two-vehicle traffic crash Tuesday afternoon in Franklin Township.
The Minnesota State Patrol reports that just after 12 noon, a Chevy Cruze passenger car was northbound and was traveling across U-S Highway 12 when it collided with a Chevrolet Sonic that was westbound on Highway 12.
The driver of the Chevy Sonic, 64-year-old Penny Klingler of Howard Lake, sustained non-life threatening injuries and was transported to the Ridgeview Medical Center in Waconia for treatment. The driver of the Chevy Cruze, 37-year-old Angela Schlosser of Loretto, was not injured.
The Wright County Sheriff’s Office, Delano Fire Department, and Ridgeview EMS assisted the State Patrol.
