The Minnesota Educator Academy, or MEA, School break is happening this week, and the DNR is encouraging families to use the time to get outdoors.
Parks and Trails Division public relations supervisor Sara Berhow says checking out the fall colors is great idea…
“We have a fall color map on the DNR website. You can look at where the fall colors are going to be at their best next week when kids are on break and look to maybe visit and outdoor place in those parts of the state.”
This year’s MEA break takes place Thursday and Friday, October 16th and 17th.
