A track repair project will mean the closure of a railroad crossing in Delano this week.
Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad has notified the Wright County Highway Department that the crossing at County Road 139, north of Highway 12 in the City of Delano will be closed for the repairs on Thursday and Friday, October 23rd and 24th.
The repairs are expected to be able to be completed over the two-day window, weather permitting.
Officials say there will not be a posted detour. Drivers are advised to take an alternate route.
