Two people were injured when a heavy-duty pickup truck collided with an SUV Tuesday evening near Clearwater.
The State Patrol responded to the crash that happened around 7:25 PM on westbound I-94 near Milepost 180 in Clearwater Township.
Authorities say a Jeep Cherokee and a Ford F-350 pickup were both westbound on the freeway when they collided.
The driver of the pickup, 24-year-old Evin Barrera-Luna of St. Cloud, and the driver of the SUV, 35-year-old Brandon Kellen of Sauk Rapids, both sustained non-life threatening injuries and were treated at the St. Cloud Hospital.
The Wright County Sheriff’s Office, the Clearwater Fire Department and Rescue Team, and Mayo Ambulance also responded to the crash scene.
