Two residents of Howard Lake were injured in a Saturday afternoon crash on Highway 12 in Delano.
According to the State Patrol, a Ford Escape SUV driven by 56-year-old Cynthia Luther of Howard Lake was eastbound on Highway 12 around 12 PM on Saturday; meanwhile, a Chevrolet Silverado driven by 42-year-old Anthony Czanstkowski of Waverly was westbound when the two vehicles collided.
Luther and a passenger, 37-year-old Samantha Luther of Howard Lake, were both taken to the Buffalo Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Czanstkowski was not injured in the crash.
Both drivers and the passenger were wearing their seatbelts, and alcohol was not a factor in the crash. Assisting the State Patrol was the Wright County Sheriff’s Office.
