Age 20 of Buffalo, passed away August 29th. Visitation will be held on Friday, September 4th from 4 to 8 PM at the Minneapolis Laestadian Church 13030 47th Avenue North in Plymouth. Further visitation will be held on Saturday, 1 hour prior to services at the church. Funeral services for Vince Parks will be held Saturday, September 5th at 11 AM at the Minneapolis Laestadian Church in Plymouth. Interment will be at the Elmwood Cemetery in Rockford.
