“Sheriff’s Deputies were called to Cokato Elementary for two students who were behaving strangely from eating a chocolate bar containing “magic mushrooms.” The students were taken to an area hospital for treatment. Authorities searched the mom’s apartment where they found meth, fentanyl and hypodermic needles.”
Authorities say the father of one of the youngsters reported that his daughter had been staying at the mother’s apartment prior to the incident.
Since at the time of this story’s writing, no arrest has been made, and due to the sensitive nature of the circumstances, KRWC Radio News is currently not naming the mother who has a warrant out for her arrest.
