Wright County is accepting letters of interest and resumes for an opening on the County Personnel Board of Appeals.
The Personnel Board of Appeals makes findings in relation to the filing of appeals by an applicant, employee, or appointing authority regarding alleged arbitrary or capricious action, discrimination, misinterpretation, or evasion of personnel rules by Wright County. Experience in human relations, personnel, and/or labor relations desired.
The board meets on an as-needed basis and county residency is a requirement to be eligible for appointment. The current vacancy is for a three-year term.
The Personnel Board of Appeals is paid on a per diem basis for required meetings plus mileage expenses.
