Xcel Energy has named Bria Shea as the company’s new president to oversee operations in Minnesota, and the Dakotas.
Shea has been with Xcel since 2008 in various leadership roles including customer service, which she says, will remain her focus…
“When I think of customer service, customer satisfaction, the two main components of that are affordability and reliability. Customers want their lights to be on, their power to be there when they need it and they want it to be affordable.”
Xcel Energy serves more than two million customers in Minnesota and the Dakotas, and owns and operates the nuclear power generating facility in Monticello.
