Crossroads Animal Shelter in Buffalo will host its 3rd Annual Animal Well-Fair Open House on Saturday.
The event is an opportunity for the public to visit and learn more about how Crossroads partners with people to create a humane culture for companion animals, and also kicks off the largest donation drive of the year for the organization.
Donations help Crossroads continue its work for the people and companion animals of the community. This year’s goal has been set at 50-thousand dollars to continue the mission, and to expand its care and service offerings.
Visitors to Crossroads on Saturday can take a tour of the facility, and also enjoy food trucks, a dog and puppy training booth, a nail trimming and a microchip clinic and an “Ask the Vet” station. A raffle drawing will also be held. Hours for the open house event are 10 AM to 2 PM.
