Minnesotans who are traveling by car over the Easter holiday period will be shelling out a little more at the gas pump.
Triple-A reports that the statewide average for a gallon of self-serve unleaded gasoline in Minnesota is $3.34, up about a penny from a week ago, but up 23 cents per gallon from a month ago.
Last year at this time, the average statewide gas price in Minnesota was about $3.24 per gallon.
Though prices vary somewhat in our area, Triple-A says Wright County’s current average price at the pump is $3.33 per gallon.
